RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field Completed at least second year college
Have at least 6 months experience in customer service (and/or) telemarketing in BPO
Above average verbal and written English communication skills
Skilled in computer navigation
Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel)
Good problem solving skills
Good customer service orientation (patient, polite and proper)
Amenable to work in shifting schedules
Applicants must be willing to work in Davao City
Call center experience is required
