The products varies from local, national, Chinese and imported vitamins, food supplements, body building, beauty and health products for men, women, children and elderly.

The Health Shop has a wide variety and continuously increasing list of product brand names that promotes good nutrition, health disease and illness prevention, healthy body maintenance and effective skin care and body enrichment. It is also the exclusive distributor of the U.S. Brand “Nature’s Life” in the Philippines.

Job Description

Purchasing Officer performs contractual negotiations to support all products and services used by the business and its business units having regard for quality, technical specifications, price and flow down of most favorable terms and conditions for the company.

Duties and Responsibilities
I. Preparation of Purchase Order
II. Stocks Distribution/Deliveries
III. Inventory Management (Availability of Stocks in the Central Warehouse and Other Outlets)
IV. Cost and Selling Price Monitoring
V. Monitoring of New Items
VI. Unserved Stocks Monitoring and Follow up

Requirements:

• Male or Female
• 27 - 35 years old
• A graduate of any 4-year course
• With at least 2 years related experience
• With good communication and marketing skills
• Can easily adapt to a rapid changing environment
• Willing to accept new challenges
• Knows how to strictly adhere to company policies and standards
• Willing to extend office hours to meet deadlines
• Willing to start immediately
