Secretary
JOB SUMMARY:
Primary function will be to give secretarial support to the CEO in areas involving correspondence, records, reports, data files, etc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepares and distributes memoranda and communications.
• Receives and screens telephone calls.
• Records all incoming and outgoing communications.
• Files documents / papers and keep important documents of the Company.
• Takes down minutes of meetings.
• Photocopy all approved documents.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
1. Graduate of any secretarial or business-related course.
2. 1 - 3 years related work experience.
3. Knowledgeable in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in written and spoken English.
6. Organized, systematic and analytical; can make minor decisions.
7. Must be a team player, hard-working, dependable/reliable, flexible/dynamic, and willing to be assigned on a 24/7 on-call basis.
