Originated as a nutrition project of the Enterprise Bank, Inc. (EBI) in the early part of 1997, Kamayo Mindanao Foundation (KMFI), Inc. was established when the Chairman of the Bank, Mr. Ignacito U. Alvizo chose the malnourished children in Surigao del Sur as recipients of the foundation’s several advocacies.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education: BS/AB Psychology, BS Human Resource Management or Social Courses
Skills: Computer literate, good communication skills, strong work ethic, counseling skills, interpersonal skills, positive attitude, dedicated and flexible.
Special/Personal Abilities:

1. Male or Female, not more than 25 years old.
2. Interact with other departments
3. Performs HR functions
4. Can perform high volume of work
5. Learn applicable computer software application
6. Can communicate clearly and concisely
7. Work Independently
8. Maintain high degree of confidentiality and communicate sensitively with employees concerned
9. Can work under pressure
