The Hr Practitioner is looking for I.T. Staff


JOB SUMMARY:
Ensures all computers, servers, modems, hubs, (LAN connectivity) are on top working condition; Monitors software and internet access; plans, implements, operates and maintains information and communication technology; Develops and designs infrastructure and systems to support business operations; Maintains software and hardware computers to increase productivity and efficiency of the operations; Troubleshoots computer errors and orients employees about maximizing the computer utilization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitors the performance of the network and troubleshoots any problems to prevent network crashes
• Manages and controls all the users profile that is connected in the network
• Responsible for customizing the network to meet the necessary hardware and software needed by the Staff
• Oversees the computer networks to ensure that it functions smoothly
• Assists staff with the Installation and Configuration of Desktop Computers
• Resolves technical problems in Desktop Computers and Softwares
• Interact with different computer platforms and different Operating Systems
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

JOB SPECIFICATION:
1. A holder of a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related courses
2. 1 - 3 years related work experience.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in written and spoken English.
5. Organized, systematic and analytical; can make minor decisions.
6. Must be a team player, hard-working, dependable/reliable, flexible/dynamic, and willing to be assigned on a 24/7 on-call basis.
