ADM Manpower and Allied Services is looking to fill the following Jobs Davao positions:

(1) Technical School Administrator

  • Can handle sales and marketing activities, administration, staffing, course designing, and
  • technical instruction for a newly founded technical schools
  • At least 35 to 45 years old
  • College graduate, preferably with masters in school administration and facilitation
  • With at least 5 years of relevant experience in administering technical colleges and schools
  • Knowledgeable in TESDA Accreditation and other related accrediting agencies

(1) Department Head
  • College Graduate of Business Courses
  • at least 30 to 35 years old
  • With at least 2-year supervisory experience
  • Knowledgeable in handling departmental operations
  • Sale and Goal Oriented

(1) Pharmaceutical Product Manager

  • Knowledgeable in pharmaceutical product importation, distribution and promotions
  • Can handle sales and marketing activities, administration, staffing, and monitoring
  • College graduate, preferably with masters units in Medicine
  • With at least 5 years of relevant experience in administering pharmaceutical companies
  • Knowledgeable in BFAD Accreditation and other related accrediting agencies
  • Coordinates and oversees all aspects of medical products, from research to product advertising
  • With training and experience in both management and the science
  • At least 35 to 45 years old


(1) Purchasing Head

  • College Graduate of Business Courses
  • at least 28 to 35 years old
  • With at least 2-year experience in the job position
  • Knowledgeable in handling purchasing operations
  • Sale and Goal Oriented



(1) Telemarketing Executive

  • With good communication and negotiation skills
  • College level or College Graduate of Business Courses
  • At least 21 to 28 years old, fresh graduates are welcome
  • Experienced in telephone sales and marketing
  • Sales and Goal Oriented, can meet quotas
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year call center experience is advantage

(2) Sales Team Leaders/Group Heads

  • College Graduate of Business Courses
  • at least 21 to 28 years old
  • Experienced in group sales management
  • Sales and Goal Oriented
  • Sales Experience at least 6 months to 1 year




(1) Bank Coordinator

  • Female, with at least 2-year experience in banking operations
  • College Graduate of Business Courses or Banking and Finance
  • With experience in accounting and book keeping
  • at least 21 to 28 years old
  • At least 5’4″ in height and pleasing personality

(2) Account Managers (APM Security Agencies)

  • College Graduate of Business Courses
  • at least 21 to 28 years old
  • Female, experienced in handling security agency accounts
  • With or without experience, yet willing to be trained
  • Sales and Goal Oriented
  • With related experience at least 6 months to 1 year


(1) Sales Executive (APM Woodcraft)

  • Sales Experience at least 6 months to 1 year
  • College Graduate of Business Courses
  • at least 21 to 28 years old
  • With basic experience in selling wood furniture and structures
  • Sales and Goal Oriented

(1) Distribution Manager (for KATAS fruit juice)

  • Sales Experience at least 6 months to 1 year
  • At least college graduate on any related business courses
  • at least 21 to 28 years old
  • With basic experience in juice outlet distribution or related products
  • With existing network or food outlets for juice distribution is advantage
  • Sales and Goal Oriented



(1) Business Development Officer

  • Excellent in communication and negotiation skills
  • A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
  • Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills
  • Bachelor Degree/Master in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in Product development
  • At least 6 years, preferably with relevant experience in similar industry
  • Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills

Over-all Job Description of the Business Development Officer:

* Prepares the annual Business Development Plan; as well as prepares the annual Work Plan.
* Lead and develop staff by identifying training needs.
* Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.
* Develop and implement strategies for new products and services.
* Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
* Provide direction, guidance to the department to ensure alignment with the Company’s
strategies.
* Increase the company’s involvement with existing client
* Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis
and deliver accurate business reports.
* Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses
that can benefit from our Company’s services.
* Further develop multi-tier relationships to organically grow the clients’ accounts.
* Build referral and lead generation network
* Develop the corporate brand strategy
* Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients
* Implement business models so as to create new ventures
