Human Resource Facilitator (Payroll) for Kamayo Mindanao Foundation (KMFI), Inc.

Originated as a nutrition project of the Enterprise Bank, Inc. (EBI) in the early part of 1997, Kamayo Mindanao Foundation (KMFI), Inc. was established when the Chairman of the Bank, Mr. Ignacito U. Alvizo chose the malnourished children in Surigao del Sur as recipients of the foundation’s several advocacies.

The foundation is looking to hire a Human Resource Facilitator for Payroll


• Graduate of any Behavioral Sciences or Business-related fields preferably Psychology or Accountancy
• Organized, meticulous, and enabling
• Is excellent in oral and written communication
• Polite, assertive, persuasive, analytical, positive and result-oriented
• With strong interpersonal skills and can work in a fast-paced environment
* Have grace under pressure
• Work experience as an HR Staff is an advantage
• Must be willing to travel and be relocated
• Can work alone or with minimal supervision
• Able to do multi-tasking
