• Male, not more than 35 years old
• at least college level
• Honest, hard-working & trustworthy
• Must know how to drive motorcycle and four wheel vehicle
• Preferably with driver’s license restriction #1 and 2
• Willing to do field works
• Can work under minimum supervision
