Mountain Haven Development, Inc. is an organization duly registered as a Real Estate Dealer  and Subdivision Operator and was established on May 6, 1999 as a real estate developer. Its first project was Mountain Haven Phases I & II, located in Eden, Toril, Davao City. It is an exclusive residential farmlot subdivision with a total area of 224,006 square meters.

In the pipeline are the development of The Terraces, with a total land area of 6 hectares and a 3-hectare mid-range residential subdivision in MAA.

Qualifications

• Accounting Graduate (fresh graduates are welcome)
• above average analytical skills
• Excellent in Microsoft excel program
• Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills
• Can work with minimal supervision
