The successful candidate will report to the Board of Directors of the Homeowners Association of a World Class Village in Davao City.
The responsibilities will be:
1. Over all operational and administrative management of the Engineering and
Maintenance Department;
2. Oversee Maintenance and Repairs of the Village-owned Water-Supply System,
Village Roads, Building & Facilities and the Recreation Center & Swimming Pools;
3. Review of construction plans and renovation plans submitted by Home-builders;
4. Monitoring construction sites and assure strict compliance of the Home-builders
with the Village Technical Guidelines;
5. Prepare monthly and annually performance reports of the Department.
Qualification
- Min. 3 years supervisory function,
- Proficient in oral and written English,
- Preferable with a civil or structural engineering degree .
- Highest Education Attainment:
- College Graduate
