Job Description: 
  • Entertain/assist customers, receive units for repair, job estimate, assign unit to technician 
  • Monitor jobs and follow-up technicians, customer, parts suppliers 
  • Service billing, update customers of job status 
  • Prepare service quotations, prepare periodic reports 
  • Assist Service Supervisor in daily tasks 
  • Other service related tasks as may be assigned

Job Qualifications:
  • Single, female, not more than 25 years old 
  • Excellent communication skills & customer service orientation 
  • Pleasant, organized, can work under pressure 
  • College grad, preferably with IT background 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
