Northbank Holdings Corporation, run by one of the oldest pioneering and respected families of Davao, is looking for a Property Management Supervisor who will implement maintenance works on Company structures, facilities and appurtenances according to Company standards and practices. Candidate must be willing to be assigned at Bankerohan, Davao City.

• Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• PRC License NOT required
• Leadership skills
• Good knowledge of open-type building/construction industry standards
• Good knowledge of government regulations, requirements, safety standards
• Able to understand and read architectural/construction issue drawings
• Able to assess information, evaluate solutions, and recommend appropriate course of action
• Attention to quality and workmanship
• Good time management, ability to multi-task

Work Experience

• At least 4-years experience in Civil Engineering/Facilities Management/Building Maintenance

Supervisory experience:

• Field Work/On-site experience
• Working knowledge & experience with construction tools and equipment including CAD software
