Davao City Hiring: HR Officer for Jinyi Import and Export Trading Co.
Duties and responsibilities:
*Has a relevant experience for employee relations specially a broad knowledge in Labor Code and Labor Relations
* Knowledge in compensation and benefits
*Knowledgeable in handling and implementing company policy guidelines and doing employee contracts
*Has a strong people management skills (monitoring employees’ duties and responsibilities and performance appraisal/ evaluation)
Qualifications:
*Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course
*Has a minimum of 2 year HR Officer Experience
