Job Scope
- Answering phone calls, checking phone messages and returning client calls.
- Maintaining and organising client meetings and travel arrangements.
- Managing your boss’s client and communicating their needs to the web and graphic designers.
- Setting up and managing email responses, e-mail campaigns, e-newsletters, etc..
- Posting content in WordPress, managing social media calendar and posting to social media accounts.
- Retrieving web traffic reports via Google Analytics, Facebook and Aweber.
- Proof-reading some scripts and articles.
- Preparing content for website when needed and will be sending updates to web designer.
- Paying office bills, sending out invoices, recording and filing receipts.
- Purchase online office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications and Characteristics
- Knowledge of WordPress, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+.
- You should be highly organized.
- Strong grammar, written and oral skills.
- Love of learning and must be able to adapt to daily changes.
- A person who thinks ahead and able to multi-task.
- Able to follow directions.
- An independent thinker and require little supervision.
- Enjoy working on various projects, and can adapt easily to change.
- Positive and willing to work with a diverse group of people.
- Knowledge of both Mac and PC computers, Excel, and Quick Books.
- An enthusiastic attitude and a good sense of humor. Enjoy working with the public.
- A willingness to go above and beyond the “call of duty”
Offer
• Full time salary position.
• 10 days paid holiday per year from start of employment plus public holidays.
• Starting Salary – Php13,000 per month
