• Manage Search Engine Optimisation
• Conduct website audit for Google Compliance
• Write meta tags
• Keyword Research
• Competitor Analysis
• Reverse engineer competitors marketing using Majestic SEO
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in SEO and Social Media
• Brand Reputation management and reporting
• Keyword tracking and reporting on ranking

Qualification:
• Thorough knowledge of Google Analytics
• Attention to details
• Solid organisational skills
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Must be a team player
• Can work full time in (7am – 4pm) Davao Office

Job Scope
• Answering phone calls
• Scheduling of patient appointments
• Gather patients information
• Data entry, with high level of accuracy
• Assisting with all patient enquiries
• Send reminder messages (text, email and phone) to patients
• Raise and send invoices
• Follow up on patients with unpaid invoices
• Process Medicare payments
• Generate online reports

Characteristic/Qualities
• Excellent English skills – Speaking and Writing
• With previous medical assistant experience  (preferred but not essential)
• Proactive and hard working
• Keen attention to detail
• Highly organised
• Admin support skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office
