Engineering Superintendent

• Male or female; 
• not more than 45 years old; 
• must be a Licensed Civil Engineer; 
• with at least ten (10) years experience in the preparation and review of various engineering and architectural plans and designs, 
• five (5) years of which are in managerial capacity; 
• computer literate, preferably with AutoCAD knowledge and experience; 
• has driving skills and driver's license; 
• has very good interpersonal, oral and written communication and leadership skills; 
• and trustworthy.
