Job Responsibilities:

Processor (Voice)

The Job is to take over from the customer support department and follow through with all the creditors to make sure that all the negativity is removed from the credit report.

Qualifications:

• Excellent phone etiquette skills

• Has knowledge in documenting in softwares and CRM’s
• Detail-Oriented

Microsoft CRM Developer

The Microsoft CRM Developer is responsible for the development aspects of the company’s core product and its related modules and products.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years Microsoft development experience
• Experience with C#, ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, DHTML, IIS 6 + 7, ADO, XML and XSL
• C# is critical. Must be able to create C# based extension to CRM. User Interface Experience is required.
• 2+ years of JavaScript experience, strong understanding of JavaScript
• 2+ years of Microsoft Reporting Server experience
• Solid understanding of creating reports with the SSRS
• 2+ years of Implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Familiarity with Microsoft Enterprise Solutions (SharePoint, Lync, SQL, Exchange, etc.)

Preferred Skills: 

• Knowledge of Scribe software a plus
• Knowledge of AdxStudio portals technology a plus
• Knowledge of Resco Mobile CRM a plus
• Experience with Microsoft CRM Certifications strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Representative/Product Lister

Job Responsibilities:

Graphics and Web Designer

Job Responsibilities: 

• Do programming and graphic design tasks as instructed by the client
• Design, create, maintain graphics for weekly promotional email blasts (Provide graphics and HTML)
• Use best practices when slicing images and delivering assets to ensure graphics are sized and compressed optimally for Mobile and Websites and their users.
• Understanding brand marketing guidelines and best practices in order to create designs that are on strategy and reflect brand’s personality
• Design and create website banners and landing pages and manage edits as needed
• Develop and update a schedule of graphical components and assets for online and offline media (Digital: Banners, Email, Mobile and other Online Media. Print: Brochures, Inserts, etc. Presentation: PowerPoint).
• Capture and store screenshots of creative assets (banners, blasts) within a repository shared by the extended marketing team.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent. Well-developed page layout and creative design skills for web and print including static and rich media banner ads, print flyers, postcards, HTML e-mails, logos and more Good in English Communication skills Strong JavaScript and PHP skills Has knowledge in using HTML5/CSS3 and ability to code/develop in it Detail-oriented for pixel perfection Has experience in basic design elements Has experience with Java and Knowledge of JBoss 4.0.2 is a plus Expert in current graphic design practices, HTML, CSS and Adobe Creative Suite 4/5: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat. Strong artistic abilities & expert knowledge of color and photo correction, and typography in both print and digital media. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Note: Must have at least majority of the Job Requirement.

Customer Service Representative/Data Entry

Job Responsibilities: 

• Prepare data from vendors and organize files for easy uploading via Excel
• Do Customer Support over the Phone and/or Email
• Write Content on Website when needed
