Home-based I.T. Job: Phone Admin Manager
PHONE ADMIN MANAGER

Phone admin agent wanted for a special role in a fast growing company.  It is not all phone related there will be some IT and managerial work as well.  This is an important position and we need someone with leadership, an independant thinker, and problem solver.

This is not your typical call center job.  It is home based.  You get to do more managerial tasks and have a larger impact on the business.  No cold calling or sales needed.

If you have ambition and would like a position that you can excel and gro in this is for you.  Large growth potential and increased responsibilities and salary come with that.

I want a Great communicator, eager learner, and ambitious person for this role.
Some of the tasks you will have to do:

Handle Tier 1 network support on the phone
- Talking people through resetting connections, adapters, connecting to the right network, identifying any other problems
- Call US properties & managers to gather targeted information (this will change & expand over time), putting this information into reports, sending them out
- Log onto US computers and perform regular maintenance
- Reminding US based employees of pending tasks & milestones
- E-mail follow-ups for sales leads
- Research tasks using Google, compiling information in Excel
- Handle follow-up & other sales-related e-mailing
- Core Competencies: Excel, GoogleDocs, Skype, Teamviewer/LogMeIn, English (Excellent Read, Write, Speak)
- Outgoing, Not Shy
Phone person must be familiar with Excel, our cloud apps, and a system to be decided to handle tech calls (might be Salesforce). The cloud apps we use that I'd like them to be familiar with are: GoogleDocs, DropBox, Teamviewer, Chrome, Evernote, Asana, Calendars, Gmail, and Skype.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Required skill(s): Excellent english, Phone etiquette, phone experience.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
