Qualifications:
- Male or female;
- not more than 45 years old;
- must be a Licensed Civil Engineer;
- has ten (10) years experience in the preparation and review of various engineering and architectural plans and designs,
- five (5)of which are in managerial capacity;
- computer literate, preferably with auto cad knowledge and experience;
- has driving skills and driver's license;
- has very good interpersonal and written communication, and leadership skills and trustworthy.
