JOB DESCRIPTION:
Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include tending furnace and boiler, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk.
- Required skill(s): Flexible, Hardworking
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- With at least 6 months to 1 year Janitorial experience.
- Neat / Presentable
- Should have knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools and occupational hazards and safety rules.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The applicant must be trained in the art of making fine espresso drinks. Bright character with the ability to provide customer service and work well as a team member.
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.
- Prepare and deliver high quality coffee drinks, non-coffee drinks and iced coffee beverages adhering to recipe and presentation standards. Aware of all health and safety guidelines.
- Know how make and designs appealing presentations on coffee
- Ability to demonstrate integrity and knowledge of all products and company values and commitment to its customers.
- Responsible to oversee key accounts staff training. Providing both practical and theory training with regular on site visits.
- Possess coffee Calibration knowledge or understanding.
- Demonstrate creativity skills that can assist in the design of beverage menus to meet with customer requirements.
- Responsible for replenishing of supplies in showroom and overall cleanliness of the area.
- Committed to learn about the full range of products and equipment as per the company standards.
