Responsibilities:
- Acts as the chief agent, team leader, and administrative liaison.
- Monitor, identify and resolve performance/behaviour/attendance issues using prescribed performance management techniques.
- Transacts and accommodates incoming and outgoing clients.
- Delegates tasks to his or her team members.
- Knowledgeable in all agent-related duties.
- Successfully complete all client related training.
- Resolve escalated customer issues.
- Coach team members on their performance on a regular basis.
- Other supportive responsibilities consist of monitoring, and various forms of practical administration.
- Ensures and maintains effective production in the team.
- Conduct trainings to the team.
- Reports productivity on a daily. Weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements:
- Candidate should be having minimum 1 year experience at the Team Leader position.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in any field.
Offer
Full time salary position.
10 days paid holiday per year from start of employment plus public holidays.
On probation P8,000
Starting P16, 000 per month
