IT Jobs Davao: IT Project Manager for Antonio Rivera Consulting (ARC)

Antonio Rivera Consulting, ARC is an IT consulting company in the business of providing measurable business impact in partnership with our clients. We specialize in Project Management and Business Analysis. We have been serving multinational companies in the Philippines in industries from manufacturing, financial institutions, pharmaceutical and a growing list of shared service companies in Manila, Philippines since 2007.

Job Role: IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

1. oversee a group of developers in making sure they are delivering their work as scheduled
2. assign work to the development team
3. perform immediate escalation of any issues that will prevent the development from being completed
4. evaluate the issues raised by the development team and make sure they are valid
5. maintain the trackers where the project issues and risks are maintained
6. prepare the weekly summary timesheet and perform distribution of team payslips

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years work experience as an IT team lead or minimum 1 year experience as project manager
• knowledge in software development
• strong communication skills (written and oral) in English
• able to work with minimal supervision
• deadline driven
• exposure to business analysis is a plus

Work details:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
• role is for Contractor or permanent hire, either way is fine
• based on performance, person can be relocated to Manila after the Davao assignment
