Home-based Account Managers for Distributed Website Corp.

Distributed Website Corp., formerly Vanguard Technology Group, has a rich 15-year history of creating innovative and award-winning Web-based software solutions and products for a wide range of large and small businesses and organizations throughout the U.S.

DWC is a US-based company with local offices in Naga, Davao and Cebu and have a number of work-from-home self-employed staff members all over the Philippines.

We are currently in need of Account Managers.

An Account Manager is someone who learns what the client is doing, learns how their web application works, so that they can answer questions. When the client needs more enhancements, they can draw up a proposal and get other Departments to give estimates on how long it will take to do the enhancement. Also, they learn the contract, and make sure that billing is done correctly, monthly, or at the end of an enhancement.

Responsibilities
Account Management combines a couple of different things:

1. Learn what and how the program works.
2. Check out any "bugs" or problems that may come up.
3. Communicate with the client periodically by telephone, to see if they have any other needs.
4. Coordinate with the Technology department on any new things that are added to the website programs.
5. Generate proposals based on compilation of information.
6. Make sure that the billing is done correctly.
7. Develop a successful relationship with the client, handle their needs, inquiries, explore new sales opportunities provide feedback about the client to other departments.
8. 100% knowledge of the user interface and workings of each client's site(s)/products.

Requirements
Other Requirements:
1. Must currently have an efficient PC and reliable high speed internet connection (preferable cabled) at home.
2. Must have a quiet work space at home.

4. A scanned copy of your most recent NBI clearance (not more than 1 year old) 5. Must be BIR-registered as "self-employed". If not, must be willing to register as such.


Qualifications:
1. Must be a college graduate with background in any computer-related courses.
2. Must have at least one year experience in Customer Service (preferable handling US-based clients)
3. Must be very fluent both in spoken and written English (a record of any American accent training is a plus)
