PSOFT Inc. is a Davao City based company with main focus on software development and testing. We are currently looking for a “hungry”, responsible, communicative and responsive Graphical Designer.We are looking for a skilled graphical designer with a genuine interest for design and creation. Your knowledge range from the principle rules of art and design, to a personal artistic expression that reflect contemporary trends and fashion in an individualistic and professional manner. Your everyday task will be to design and create mock ups or final designs for products and web site ideas, design user interfaces, create use cases and interaction charts, etc. Many times we will just sit down and brain storm, in person or via the chat, and your job will be to catch all those ideas and thoughts, and formulate those in a idea draft document with a graphical suggestion for a user interface design. In other words it is crucial that you have worked with graphical design for at least a few years, and that you have a genuine and unique eye for “the final touch” of any design. The work will be performed at our office down town Davao City, Philippines. If you are good enough we will consider off site free lancing.
Selection process
In order to evaluate your skills as a designer we kindly ask you to make a design suggestion for a new design for the website www.GameVillage.com. Let your mind loose and create any theme you wish - sports, a holiday, a color scheme - but keep the main idea and graphical identity of the site. Please also include an example of how you would design an e-mail to customers informing them of the weekly specials. Think primarily of fonts, dispositions and graphics in the e-mail scenario. The design can be something you do rather fast, in a low resolution, just as long as we can evaluate your creativity and skill set.
It is vital and mandatory that you possess the following qualifications / characteristics
--computer literate
--good English with a relaxed and versatile language that reflects your educational level
--responsive, keen and communicative, both with peers, managers and clients
--structured and used to documenting all work in understandable and intelligent reports
--professional and have a genuine and unique eye for “the final touch” of anything you do.

--include a photo and your requested salary for the stated extent .
Additional details
--initially part time work, ~16-24 hours a week, distributed on 3-4 days a week
--six months probation employment (can be disrupted if the cooperations does not work as expected)
--SSS and Philhealth maintained primarily by the employee (deducted).
