Project Assistants for Mountain Haven Development, Inc.

Mountain Haven Development, Inc. is an organization duly registered as a Real Estate Dealer &Subdivision Operator and was established on May 6, 1999 as a real estate developer. Its first project was Mountain Haven Phases I & II, located in Eden, Toril, Davao City. It is an exclusive residential farmlot subdivision with a total area of 224,006 square meters.

In the pipeline are the development of The Terraces, with a total land area of 6 hectares and a 3-hectare mid-range residential subdivision in MAA.

Mountain Haven Development, Inc. is looking for Projects Assistants for Villa Azalea and Mountain Haven.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s Degree
-Must be flexible, hardworking and a team player
-With excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
-Proficient in MS Applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Duties

VILLA AZALEA
- attends internet, phone and walk-in inquiries about the project
- website maintenance
- coordinates with the designers
- coordinates all marketing activities
- prepares/updates marketing collaterals and client’s report
-provides sales support

MOUNTAIN HAVEN
-attends internet, phone and walk-in inquiries about the project
-website maintenance
-coordinates all marketing activities
-prepares/updates marketing collaterals and client’s report
-provides sales support
-assists the Homeowners Association
