Regional Customer Relations Security Manager for SM SuperMalls


SM SuperMalls is in need of a Regional Customer Relations Security Manager for the VisMin Regions



Responsibilities:

The Regional Customer Relations Manager leads a group of Customer Relations Managers in the Visayas and Mindanao who are responsible for the enforcement of the company security/safety policies and procedures vis-a-vis strong and effective customer relations in the mall. He shall ensure uniform implementation and enforcement of all governmental laws and mall rules in resolving conflicts, supervision of security personnel and work on police handling mall-related crimes.


Requirements:

  • Candidate must have solid experience in security and safety operations, preferably in a mall/retail business enterprise and with clean criminal record.


  • He/She must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Protective Services & Management or equivalent.


  • Required language(s): English, Filipino


  • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


  • Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Cebu and/or Davao and to travel in Visayas and Mindanao and Pasay City.


  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.


  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent.
