Asia People Works Hiring in Davao: 4 Helpdesk / NOC Engineers
- Engineering graduate licensed or not (preferably ECE, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or IT courses).
- with 1-3 years experience in Telecommunications or Helpdesk/NOC environment.
- Familiarity with Nokia and Huawei devices (EnodeB, ATN, MW Radio) is a plus.
- Familiar with basic remote troubleshooting, alarms monitoring and clearing (Level 1 isolation).
- Basic IP and networking skills is a plus.
- Can monitor the network on a shifting basis.
- Willing to be assigned or currently in Davao.
- Has stable internet connection from home (for Work from Home Arrangements).
- Can start ASAP.
