Job Description:
- Entertain customer problems with computer equipment
- Assign jobs to technicians and make follow-ups
- Make job estimates
- Order parts required
- Monitor jobs and update customers
- Perform service billing
- Submit reports to service partners

- Handle customer complaints
Job Qualifications:
- Preferably degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related course
- Minimum 2 years experience in managing/supervising computer repair shop
- Good written and oral communications in English, Tagalog and Bisaya
- Must have excellent customer service orientation
