Hiring for Operations Manager
Sarangani Highlands Garden and Resort in General Santos City is looking for an operations manager.
The operations manager will be responsible for managing hotel operations' day to day activities to ensure optimum performance and continued improvement in guest service, employee’s performance, and hotel operations; coordinate, direct and manage the staff and hotel operations to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction, and efficiency while maintaining the standards set by the hotel.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
2. Team player and team builder with good people skills.
3. With good selling and negotiation skills.
4. Remarkable analytical ability and high degree of creativity.
5. Ability to organize multiple projects/events; manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Knows how to prepare budget/sales forecast.
7. Can interpret financial data and other data in relation to the business.
8. Flexible and multi-tasker.
9. With leadership skills.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1. With 3-5 experience as a hotel manager.
2. Preferred areas of experience – Food and Beverage and Sales and Marketing.
