MedData Group is seeking a smart, detail-oriented individual for our Data Operations Analyst position in PH. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information and data requests between our sales team and our US and PH based data management team. You will develop a thorough understanding for how our data is structured and what it contains so that you can best serve our internal needs and processes.

A Davao BPO Demand Science Team, Inc. is in need of Data Operations Analyst

The position dual reports both locally to our PH data team and here in the US to our Lead Data Analyst. You should be a highly detail-oriented, analytical and upbeat individual with very good communications skills, data skills and relevant work experience. Core duties and responsibilities include:
• Manage internal communications and processes for count and data requests between our sales team and data management teams
• Manage data request process in Salesforce.com
• Ensure that each data request is written properly and requesting the right output for the specific sales/client objective
• Review each input data file and output results to ensure accuracy and provide quality control for data files prior to internal delivery

Requirements:
• Degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and ability to learn other data management software skills (Alteryx)
• Database management skills and experience a major plus
• Salesforce.com experience a plus or ability to learn
• Understand objectives and be able to work independently
• Highly detail-oriented
• Problem-solver - able to focus on and ask the right questions to troubleshoot a problem
• Flexible personality – able to adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to juggle and manage to multiple projects and deadlines
• Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned

Compensation: 30,000-40,000
