Rizal MicroBank – A Thrift Bank of Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) is one of the youngest affiliates under the Yuchengco Group of Companies. Established in 2010 by RCBC, Rizal MicroBank is the result of the merging of Merchants Savings and Loan Association, Inc. (A Thrift Bank) and Pres. Jose P. Laurel Rural Bank-both acquired by the Universal Bank in 2008 and 2009 respectively.

Job Description:
• Conducts activities detailed in the Work Plan and assigned to him/her by the CRMU Head
• Conducts thorough review of documents submitted by the branches
• Conducts the client visit to interview client and observe or monitor business
• Maintains appropriate credit administration, measurement, monitoring and control process over credit risk
Job Qualifications:
• Graduate of BS in Accountancy, BS in Accounting Technology, BS in Management Accounting or any business related course
• Has one or more years of prior audit, credit/loan documentation and/or asset review experience and/or with accounting and financial analysis background
• Has at least 1 year of experience in the banking industry
• Information gathering and validation and research skills; attentive to details
• Experience in Risk management related work is an advantage
