The CSR is contributory to the achievement of the brand’s value for excellent customer service. She is expected to be very knowledgeable about the brand and its products, services and core values and must be ready to be educated about various dog breeds and characters.

- College level / College Grad
- at least 1 year working experience, preferably in the same position
- must have great interest in dogs, cats and pets in general
- a multi-tasker and can work with less supervision
- sales-driven, enthusiastic and with keen attention to details
- must have value for excellence in all aspects
