Research and Development Assistant Job Description-Provide support to the Head of Research and Development. -Oversee the administrative function of the R&D department -Set ingredient product specifications and prepare final product formulations for testing and approval. -Evaluate ingredient and products and make adjustments as necessary. -Write and complete detailed reports on projects and final product. -Document formula calculations, process and ingredient requirements; maintains records in the R & D systems. -Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on product lines and presenting new concepts. -Support Sales and Marketing in customer presentations Qualifications-Graduate in Food Tech, HRM or equivalent. -Excellent computer skills. -Creative energy, ability to manage multiple assignments with an attention to detail; experience managing a busy office is a plus -Ability to work individually and as a member of a team; flexibility -Ability to assert oneself and ask questions and find answers -Preferably Male -Not more than 35 years old
