Operations Manager – for Visayas and Mindanao

 
Responsibilities:

  • Creates, reviews and reports strategies to drive improvement in sales, profitability and quality system in the group.
  • Assesses, monitors, and evaluates group operational and business activities of area operations managers/franchise area manager in support of the organizations over-all strategies.
  • Ensures that overall restaurant operations are managed effectively and efficiently
  • Initiates and recommends improvement in restaurant systems, quality assurance, store operating systems and standards for system wide implementation.
  • Maintains and promotes the company’s culture, values and reputation in its target markets and among all restaurant employees, customers, suppliers, franchise partners in the group.
  • Leads and champions values, culture, and vision achievement.
  • Builds and leads a cohesive operations management team in the group.
  • Coaches area operations manager/franchise area manager in the preparation of operations strategies on sales, profitability, people effectiveness and development and quality management in accordance to over-all direction of the company.
  • Implements disciplinary action processes based on policies and protocol.
  • Monitors planning, construction, opening and performance of new branches in the group


Requirements:
  • A candidate must be a graduate of any four year course preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, Food and Beverage Services or any management-related courses.
  • Should have at least three (3) years of working experience as Area Manager / Area Operation Manager in Food and Beverage industry.
  • Having relative experience as a former Operations Manager will be an Advantage
  • Must be knowledgeable in Financial Management, Crisis Management, Production Management, Business Acumen and Strategy Formulation
  • Must be willing to reside, work and travel within the Visayas-Mindanao region
  • Preferably candidates residing within Visayas-Mindanao area
