Distributor Sales Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Develop key accounts and be responsible for achieving sales and increasing market share.
- Develop customer plans including trade related activities.
- Implement strategies, execute activities and evaluate promotion results.
- Involved in sales forecasting, business reviews, category reviews, trading terms negotiation and joint cycle planning with customers.
- Lead a team of merchandisers and possess an intimate understanding of what it takes to win in the market.
- Strong personal presence with good networking, influencing and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Male or female not more than 35 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Must be knowledgeable of the different areas in the country.
- Willing to travel.
- Possess strong analytical skills, good communication and excellent interpersonal skills are a MUST
- Result oriented, excellent, creative and strategic thinker
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
