Responsibilities:

  • Support users in new application modules based on company standards
  • Provide support to customers. Resolve our customers’ queries and concerns by providing real time support accurately.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
  • Experience in a call center environment is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer and internet application skills for non IT related applicants
  • Must be pro-active and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Willingness and ability to take on new challenges and grow new skills.
  • Ability to integrate with a team and work well with others as well as independently.
