Responsibilities:
- Support users in new application modules based on company standards
- Provide support to customers. Resolve our customers’ queries and concerns by providing real time support accurately.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards.
Basic Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
- Experience in a call center environment is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer and internet application skills for non IT related applicants
- Must be pro-active and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Willingness and ability to take on new challenges and grow new skills.
- Ability to integrate with a team and work well with others as well as independently.
- Applicants must be willing to work in shifting schedule.
