Project Engineer for Uraya Land Development, Inc.

Uraya Land Development, Inc. is a real estate developer, which was established on March 8, 1994, with a paid-up capital of P50 million. At present, Uraya Land is involved in the development of an 80-hectare property in Catigan, Toril, Davao City called Villa de Mercedes. The company is currently processing its development permit for its expansion project at Phases III and V at Villa de Mercedes.


Uraya Land Development, Inc. is currently in need of a Project Engineer for Davao City.

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Civil Engineer with strong technical, managerial and leadership skills

• Have at least five (5) years of relevant work experience specifically in the implementation and supervision of various hi-end construction and land dev’t projects

• Extensive experience in project management and in the planning, organization, control, and completion of the required output

• Well-versed in technical reports preparation

• Highly proficient in MS Office and other software applications and has knowledge on all aspects of site safety

• With excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills

• Flexible and a good team player
