Honey Entertainment Inc. is in need of HR Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or HRDM
- With at least three (3) years of relevant experience as an HR
- Understanding of general human resource policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment and labour laws
- Knowledge of using Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal skills, people skills, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Has the ability to prioritise and organise own workload in an effective and accurate manner
Job Summary:
- Responsible for overall administrative functions
- Filing and remittance of the monthly contributions, loans, etc. to SSS, Pag-IBIG and Philhealth
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; performance and talent management
- Recruits, interviews and facilitates the hiring of open job positions
- Record-keeping and filing of documents/201 filing
