Working Hours | Days: 9pm-6am | Mon-Fri (FIXED SCHEDULE WITH SAT-SUN OFF)

General Job Description:
Somebody who can take the responsibility in providing quality multi-services such as administrative and technical aspect to cater to the client’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encodes the patient's basic information, such as name, address, insurance company information and the patient's medical history, into a computer.
• Processes/ updates patient's info and enter the gathered data in the system.
• Conducts audit and submits claims for patient visits, diagnoses, and medical procedures to insurance companies, patients, and other payers.
• Prepares documents for billing insurance companies, patients and other agencies for medical services.
• Checks the patient's insurance coverage and prepares claim for the insurance company and facilities.
• Prepares documents for the warehouse to use for delivery.
• Qualifications Requirements/Skills/Experience:
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Smart/Intelligent
• Detail Oriented
• With BPO Experience is a plus
