Davao City is Hiring: Real Property Management Transport Security and Utility for  Better Components, Inc. Davao

Description:
a. Takes charge and responsibilities over all matters and concerns regarding:
b. Upkeep/repairs/renovations of real properties of the company (land & buildings)
c. Leasing arrangements including tenants/renters/prospects relations
d. Repairs and maintenance of company vehicles
e. Security arrangements for head office and branches
f. Utilities (Electricity, water, telephone) and company contractors & utilitymen
g.     Does other related tasks, as assigned

Qualifications:
1.      Graduate of engineering or other technical courses
2.      Must know how to drive and possesses a valid driver’s license
3.      Organized and able to keep track of details
4.      Good communication skills: can receive and relay instructions well
5.      Analytical and can relate with any personality type
6.      Flexible, self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision
7.      Knowledge of property leasing / vehicles / security arrangements preferred but not required
8.      With good moral character and pleasing personality
