This position is responsible for executing and building the creative assets (as sent by the Advertiser), managing the email testing process, trouble shooting and solving any creative rendering issues.
Essential Job Functions:
- Build creative from received Advertiser Creative Package
- Test of creative internally on all major ISP’s (Yahoo!, Hotmail, AOL, gmail) to quality check creative.
- Test externally to clients
- Trouble shoot any creative issues (broken links, HTML, rendering differently within ISP’s)
- View internal tests on Smartphone to ensure Mobile rendering
- Make recommendations on possible fixes to any creative issues
- Proof and quality check all work prior to testing with client
- Handle client technical questions and concerns in a timely manner, with help from Sales and/or Account Management personnel
- Maintain understanding of current ISP practices, design software, and technologies as it relates to creative and rendering across various channels
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Ability to communicate with other team members in different functions
- Basic understanding of HTML -email
- Experience optimizing HTML to display across browsers and email clients
- Working knowledge of design software (Dreamweaver etc.)
- Detail orientated and able to successfully handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Enjoys working under tight deadlines and making clients happy with exceptional service
- Ability to use own judgment when trouble shooting potential problems and understanding level of severity
