MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities:

1. Identify, develop and evaluate and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark-up factors.
2. Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with the store managers.
3. Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.

Requirements:

• Preferably Male, not more than 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 consecutive years or 8 accumulated years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Marketing Executive or Brand Management.
• With knowledge in developing and implementing effective store marketing strategies

FINANCE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and analyze financial statements and other accounting reports for submission to Executive Committee and other government offices
2. Organize accounting procedures to improve company operations
3. Supervise everyday accounting activities
4. Conduct corporate affairs of the bank and other government agencies

Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Chief Accountant

• Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting; CPA passer
• At least three to four years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control procedures including generally accepted accounting principles
• Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications; ability to use computer applications including spreadsheet software, write memos and reports clearly
• Knowledge of government financial regulations
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to verbally communicate accounting procedures and policies clearly to others
• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule; occasional weekend and/or evening work may be required
