PHRSC was conceived by fifteen pioneering individuals with strong social consciousness to alleviate every able-bodied and highly-qualified Filipino from poverty through a cooperative that can be develop and harness their abilities and skills to its full potential, transforming these individuals into a workforce that can add value to any organization.
Paramount started with 200 members and 2 business partners. After almost 9 years, we now have a roster of 5,000 members deployed to over 40 business partners (with group of companies and franchisees) with functions raging from butchers, hotel housekeepers, to coordinators, supervisors and management trainees.
We support the needs of the members and the business partners. We have around 70 office-based personnel and about 20 site coordinators handling administration, accounting and human resources.
From a services cooperative, Paramount has been accredited to multi-purpose cooperative as of September 11, 2013, changing its name to Paramount Human Resource Multi-Purpose Cooperative (PHRMPC).
