The company is in need of a Senior DBA with the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- This function will include analysis and design of data for report generation. Reports will be generated online by operations personnel (sales, production, shipping, accounting) for their regular work process completion and for submission to management
- The Senior DBA must be able to configure/setup and manage Linux Servers using multiple Linux flavors and must be able to design/write scripts that can generate reports using PHP, MySQL, Crystal Reports and Javascript.
- The Senior DBA must also be able to plan and implement security policies/procedures to ensure high level security of company database.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): LAMP, Windows Servers, UNIX/Linux Variants, VMWare, Virtual Box, JavaScript, Crystal Report, MS SQL/MySQL, .Net or PHP;
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Davao City. Option to work at home is available provided that company's telecommuting policies are met.
