Description:
Handling calls from customers, resolve client issues, record transaction data, and perform administrative tasks if required.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Call prospective customers or take inbound sales calls.
- Interact with customers and provide the correct responses and answers.
- Process client transactions.
- Record customer-related information.
- Resolve any service-related concern.
- Escalate issues to direct supervisor, if necessary.
- Be doing research
- Assume other duties, if required.
Qualifications:
- excellent verbal communication skills
- polite and confident on the phone
- selling to customer needs

- handles rejection
- professionalism
- product knowledge
- have background in telemarketing or as being a secretary.
- full time in Davao office.
- ability to deal with Australian/UK clients.
How to get the job? We need you to be at least:
- Finished at least 2 years in college (Any course)
- This position is full-time so you must be willing to work in our Davao Office
- Call center experience is preferred but not required
