Description:
Handling calls from customers, resolve client issues, record transaction data, and perform administrative tasks if required.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Call prospective customers or take inbound sales calls.
  • Interact with customers and provide the correct responses and answers.
  • Process client transactions.
  • Record customer-related information.
  • Resolve any service-related concern.
  • Escalate issues to direct supervisor, if necessary.
  • Be doing research
  • Assume other duties, if required.


Qualifications:

  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • polite and confident on the phone
  • selling to customer needs
  • prospecting skills
  • motivation for sales
  • handles rejection
  • professionalism
  • product knowledge
  • have background in telemarketing or as being a secretary.
  • full time in Davao office.
  • ability to deal with Australian/UK clients.


How to get the job? We need you to be at least:

  1. Finished at least 2 years in college (Any course)
  2. This position is full-time so you must be willing to work in our Davao Office
  3. Call center experience is preferred but not required
