The menu, the interior design and service style were created to position the concept midway between fine dining and fast-casual dining. This format has developed into the Bigby’s Café and Restaurant System.

Bigby’s Café and Restaurant is now located in major cities in the Visayas and Mindanao. It has a total of 7 branches located at Centrio Ayala Mall, Cagayan de Oro City, SM City Cagayan de Oro, Abreeza Ayala Mall, Davao City, SM City Davao, Veranza Mall, General Santos City, Ayala Entertainment Center Cebu, and The Northwing, SM City Cebu.

Qualifications:

• 22-35 years old
• Male
• College level
• With previous experience in janitorial and dishwasher job
• At least 6 months experience in kitchen work is an advantage
• Having a basic knowledge and understanding on food safety and sanitation
• Special skills like knowledge in electrical repair works, and driving skills is an advantage
• Good in oral and written communication skills
• Can work fast
