The menu, the interior design and service style were created to position the concept midway between fine dining and fast-casual dining. This format has developed into the Bigby’s Café and Restaurant System.

Bigby’s Café and Restaurant is now located in major cities in the Visayas and Mindanao. It has a total of 7 branches located at Centrio Ayala Mall, Cagayan de Oro City, SM City Cagayan de Oro, Abreeza Ayala Mall, Davao City, SM City Davao, Veranza Mall, General Santos City, Ayala Entertainment Center Cebu, and The Northwing, SM City Cebu.

Hiring in Davao: Male Cook for Bigby’s Café and Restaurant 

Qualifications:

• Male
• Associate Degree Holder of a 2-year Course in Culinary Arts, or and Hospitality course
• At least 1 year work experience as cook
• Having a basic knowledge and understanding on food safety and sanitation
• Good knife skills
• Good in oral and written communication skills
• Can work quickly and accurately to deliver fast and efficient service without sacrificing food quality
• Can handle work under pressure
• Can do multi-tasking job
• Practices good personal hygiene
• Flexible, meticulous, honest, and a team-player
• Proficient in different cooking methods and different cuisines
