At present, SMTI cuts a big chunk in the market of taxi services with more than 500 air-conditioned units. It has a well-organized manpower structure and equip with the necessary technical facilities to meet its needs. Job Description: Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. - Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes. - Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Human Resources, BS Psychology or any related business course 
• Post Graduate is an advantage 
• Has 2-4 years of experience in the field of human relations 
• Well acquainted with the Philippine Labor Law 
• Good in interpersonal skills
