The Gig Oca Robles Seamen’s Hospital in Agdao, Davao City is the fourth seamen’s hospital in the country (the others are in Intramuros, Iloilo and Cebu). It serves seafarers and their dependents in Southern Mindanao. It was named after the 17-year-old youth who once served as president of the Youth for Christ (YFC) in Ayala, Alabang. It is also the Union’s first medical facility in Mindanao. This Level 2 medical facility inaugurated in 2008, also provides a wide array of healthcare services. SH Davao has also its Activity and Wellness Center which was completed in 2012.

- Must be a Filipino citizen.
- Education: a graduate of Midwifery course.
- Necessary special requirement: Possession of a license to practice as a registered Midwife as issued by the Professional Regulation.
- Must be of good moral character.
- Has extensive experience in operating the Delivery Room.
