Davao City Jobs: 2 Accountants for Asian Hybrid Seed Technologies, Inc.

Job Description:

• Encode in the accounting system official receipt of payments made and facilities bank deposit for payment received. 
• Must be CPA 
• Responsible for the operation of all accounting system and records, including, but not limited to cash receipts, expenditures, investments , purchasing , inventory assets payroll 
• Records and analyses different accounting cost procedures and controls related to assigned tasks. 
• Interprets various accounts related data, analyses financial reports and recommends and/or initiates the necessary actions to be taken. 
• Verifies accuracy of data and data processing of accounting related information. 
• Prepare important journal entries or checks those prepared by others. 
• Prepares summary reports of accounts activities. 
• Reconcile budget expense statements with accounts of different departments 
• Responsible for assisting the accounting manager in the over-all supervision of personnel assigned in his department. 
• Responsible fro preparation of Financial reports and analysis 
• Submit Financial statement subject for external audit and BIR reporting to Accounting manager

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree 
• At least 3 years working experience in the related field 
• Preferably Supervisor 3 yrs Up experienced employees specializing in finance
